Wendi YuLing
Wendi YuLing (she/they) is a performance artist, costume designer, ritualist, and visual artist who makes marks with brush, stylus, and squeegee. Her work is sometimes collaborative, often ephemeral, and typically incognito. Decolonization, compassion, anti-racism, grief and death, community, and subversion all have a place at Wendi’s table. Her projects often manifest as temporary installations, performance pieces, or silkscreened banners and garments for social movements. A DIY punk at heart, you might see their work pop up in public spaces and on people's bodies, in Portland and beyond, whenever she feels it's needed.
